I’m a big fan of AMC’s original series “The Walking Dead”. I was getting excited for the mid season premiere of season 4 and had to do a speed painting of my favorite character Daryl Dixon. I find speed paintings to be great practice for any artist to explore brush techniques as well as color and lighting use. Timing yourself is also a cool way to track your painting progression. This painting took around 45-50 minutes.
It’s an addictive story with great character dynamics that I find inspiring. Tune in to AMC’s “The Walking Dead”, Sunday nights at 9/8c.
